HIV/AIDS Support Service
We are a small not for profit organisation based in Blacktown that provides support for people living with HIV/AIDS their families and carers. We are seeking someone with experience in bookkeeping to provide financial support to our organisation on a permanent, part time basis (21hrs wk). Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Employee payroll and employee record keeping
- Monthly reconciliations
- Production of monthly organisational and program specific reports
- Preparation of BAS
Must have knowledge of MYOB and MS Office applications.
This position is suited to someone who can work well in an unstructured environment and is prepared to tend to a variety of tasks unrelated to bookkeeping. Other responsibilities will involve attending to various administrative duties within the office and occasionally providing support and assistance for service users as directed by the Manager.
