Location: Quakers Hill (pickup and drop-off point), servicing Blacktown, Penrith, and Bankstown local councils.

Shift Schedule: 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM, with the afternoon free. Additional weekend work available and optional.

Compensation:

Above award pay + commission
$15 meal credit per shift in addition to coffees

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Operate and maintain mobile coffee van equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for patrons.
Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile coffee van.

Requirements:

Good personal hygiene.
Full barista experience, with proficiency in coffee preparation techniques.
Full car license.
Manual driver’s license preferred but not essential.
Minimum age requirement: 25 years old for van insurance purposes.
