Qualifications & experience

Current NSW Conveyancing License
Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience is mandatory
Experience with PEXA is essential.
Proficiency in Leap
Experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities

We are seeking a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer who can work independently and unsupervised.
Taking Instructions and opening New Client Files
Reviewing Contracts for Sale and providing advice to purchasers and preparing for offers and Auctions
Drafting Contracts
Exchange of Contracts (including pre-exchange negotiations)
Reviewing and drafting settlement figures
Liaising with clients, bankers, brokers, and agents
Preparing and completing settlements both via PEXA and as paper residual dealings (where applicable)
In addition, the successful applicant will: be self motivated, have a strong work ethic, show initiative and have excellent time management skills.
Networking with local agents, St Marys Town Centre and other organisations
