Office Assistant for a real estate company

Looking for an Office Assistant for a real estate agency in Western Sydney. (Part Time role with a high possibility of becoming full time). Must have a Australian Drivers Licence and car. Must have completed the Real Estate Certification Course or willing to do one.

Duties include.
Lease renewal and rent reviews
Lease sign-ups and preparation
Ingoings/outgoings and routine inspections
Arrears management
Tenant invoicing
Data entry (Console)
Communicating effectively with Tenants and Owners
Some office Administrative duties

The Applicant must have;
Current NSW Certificate of Registration
Current Australian Drivers Licence and car
Property Management experience
A commitment to providing an efficient and quality service
A pleasant and co-operative disposition and be a team player happy to offer support when needed
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
