About the opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your key duties will include:
* Provide exceptional customer service to both owners and tenants
* Maintenance and Repairs management
* Conducting inspections: Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine
* Arrears Control
* Management Growth
* Lease renewal & rent reviews

Skills and experience:
* Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
* Must have a Class 2 License as a minimum
* Time management skills
* High-level patience and communication skills
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Strong focus on customer service
* Positive and proactive, can-do attitude, and must be a team player
* Must have your own reliable car
