Due to the growth of the business sustained, we are looking for a 1st of 2nd year apprentice to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has the want to succeed. Craftmark wants to give every opportunity to promote within and find leaders to keep driving our success and be part of this exciting journey.

This role for the right candidate would progress into a trade certificate and future positions within our organization.

Qualifications and Skills.

Your background:
Year 10 school certificate or year 12 Higher school certificate.
Strong interest in woodworking and Craftmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Basic Knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques a plus but not required.
Full working rights within Australia.
Current NSW Driver’s License and advantage.

Duties:
Assist in manufacturing of Joinery items.
Learn and apply woodworking skills, including cutting, Machining and assembly.
Operate woodwork machinery such as CNC, edge banders, Panel saw, boring machines and hand tools.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure a safe working environment.
Assist other teammates with tasks

Above award rates are paid for all staff.

 

Remuneration will be negotiated based on Skill level but Craftmark Pay well above award rates + Super.
