Are you a proactive and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Junior Estimator & Sales Representative to join our team at Roladuct Spiral Tubing Group in our head office at Kemps Creek. This is an entry level role reporting to the Sales Manager and working with the wider sales, operations and business development teams. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing advice on our products and assisting with and addressing general sales enquiries. If you have a knack for excellent customer service, are detail-oriented, and willing to learn about our specific products, we want you to be a part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Telephone Sales: Cold calling prospective clients and providing advice on our products, assisting customers with their enquiries.
Walk-In Sales: Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product information and sales
Quoting: Prepare quotes under the direction of the Sales Manager, including generating detailed product lists from client drawings.
Email Support: Provide technical information via email to clients and suppliers, as well as follow-up communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in an office environment to support sales

Working Hours:
Full time permanent position on site, working 38 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm

Role Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of mathematics
Must have own transportation and license
Willingness to learn how to read construction drawings
Willingness to learn about our specific manufactured products
Proficient in English
Good organizational and multitasking skills
