Your New Role
Zest Care is currently looking for passionate and caring individuals who are interested in gaining casual employment to work hand in hand with our clients.
The role will involve you to safely support a range of people with physical or mental disability to reach their goals and to make a positive contribution to their quality of life.
You will have the ability to assist people with:
Behaviour Management & Intervention
This role is strongly suited to people who are genuine and motivated by the challenge of aiding individuals with a disability in working towards their goals. Your passion and experience will strive for you to make a positive change in their lives and the community.
The successful applicant will have:
Experience supporting people with complex needs, related to mental and/or physical disabilities, social or health circumstances
Current Paid WWCC (or willing to obtain)
Current National Police Check – conducted in the last 6 months (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate + CPR
Current Australia’s Driver License (minimum P2)
