Farm and Livestock Hand

General farm hand (would suit mature couple)

• Provide food and water to stud cattle and race horses
• Maintain the health and welfare of livestock
• Mowing and maintaining lawns
• Looking after orchards
• Perform some routine repairs and maintenance of farm and equipmemt
• Safe handling and mixing of agricultural chemicals
• Safe operation of machinery including winch and tractor
• Ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of the work area
• Working Mon-Fri 630am to 230pm and feeding horses on weekends
• Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• A team player
• Valid drivers license (must have your own vehicle)
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Use of a newly renovated two bedroom home on the farm (no pets allowed)
