Laing and Simmons Blacktown a fantastic opportunity has become available for a well presented and customer focus individual to join our supportive and close knit team.
This is a FULL TIME role which will suit a candidate with exceptional presentation, organisational and communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for our office. You will have the ability to assist both our busy Property Management and Sales Teams. Perfect for someone who is also looking for a career in Real Estate as there will be the options for you to move up into Property Management and Sales in the future.
Answer telephone and handle all enquiries while documenting all enquiries
Meet and Greet Clients
Providing administrative and clerical support to Sales and Property Management departments
Collecting Rental Payments and providing receipts
Prepare landlord, tenant and sales packs
Assisting with the preparation of office documentation
Uploading rental properties onto the internet
Maintain office/staff supplies
Maintaining office cleanliness
Carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, filing
Other tasks as directed
Monday to Friday Work
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous reception experience is NOT a must. We are seeking someone with a great personality, someone who is cheerful and welcoming. A certificate of registration required, if you do not have one you must be willing to obtain one as soon as possible.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills & Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Work both autonomously and as part of a team
Very reliable and always on time
Training and assistance will be provided Inhouse.
