About the Role:

Management of all tenant related activities including

·        Organise timely repairs and maintenance

·        Conducting routine property inspections

·        Ingoing property reports

·        Processing Applications

·        Deal with Rent Arrears

·        Co-ordinating and performing open homes

·        Reference checking potential tenants

·        Tenant conflict resolution management

·        Handling general property enquiries over the phone and emails

·        Perform any additional duties assigned by the head of property management

Skills, Experience and requirements:

·        Outstanding customer service

·        Experience in property management

·        Computer skills and experience in Console an advantage

·        Reliable and time efficient

·        Impeccable presentation

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Conflict resolution skills

·        Own a car with Current driver’s license

·        Initiative and drive to achieve results

·        Able to multi-task and ensure a smooth process of day to day activities

·        Valid Certificate of Registration a MUST

·        Be able to work Monday to Saturday each week with a day off in lieu
