Do you thrive on customer service with a strong passion for job satisfaction?

We currently have a vacancy for a reliable and mature minded person to join our office.

You’ll be able to demonstrate strong experience in customer service, administrative duties and ideally, you’ll have had previous experience in the real estate industry. This will be complimented with a customer focused approach and attitude. Having a NSW Certificate of registration and some experience with a CRM system will be highly desirable for this role but not necessary.

Your attributes will include:

An excellent command of the English language and effective phone manner.

Previous experience within Real Estate environments an advantage.

Willing to be a team player by contributing ideas and feedback that contribute to our business success.

Enjoy a customer service orientated environment & have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Real-time problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Windows using MS Word, MS Outlook, basic to intermediate MS Excel.

Familiarity and basic competence with other MS Office & Adobe software and IT in general.

Ability to quickly become proficient with our business CRM.

High attention to detail and an ability to drive processes to ensure accurate data entry – always on time.

Ability to work over 3 days a total of 24 hours per week
