An Australian owned company in Windsor distribute their products throughout Australia and New Zealand. Products include UHF, VHF Radios, Telephones, CB Radio’s and Baby Monitors. A position has become available for a Team Leader to oversee and lead by example with the day to day operations of their Customer Support team in South Windsor.

Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor a small team
Ensure a high level of personalised customer service is provided at all times
Maintain a ‘Team Focused’ & effective working environment
Provide training & coaching to staff to ensure business objectives are met
Receive & handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base
Create a memorable experience for our clients & customers
Assist customers & corporate clients with specific enquiries
Manage client relationships & correspondence
Conflict resolution
Reporting to management

Requirements:
Strong background in customer service & administration
Experience leading a team in an office environment
Prior experience in the Electronics or similar industry ideal, however not essential
Confident & professional phone manner
Ability to work autonomously & manage a demanding workload
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
High level time management & multitasking skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A positive, “go-getter” attitude & a desire to go above & beyond to deliver high quality customer service
Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing, personal customer support.

Hours:
Flexible to work a rotational roster- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
