About the Role

This role will suit a hospitality manager looking to move their career in a different direction while still continuing in the industry you love.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Business Development: Liaising directly with owners, landlords and managers of restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs in the local area
Field Sales: Pitching Barcats to local business owners, dealing with objections, and closing the deal
Engaging current hospitality staff and finding prospective staff members to sign up to the platform via universities, hospitality colleges, cosial networks and the general public (Your role is to build a bug network for workers that are prepared to fill roles across a variety of positions from bartenders to waiters to baristas to cleaners)
Networking: Reaching out to your network on Social Media and promoting Barcats, whilst spreading digital content
Account Management: Acting as an account manager for the clients that you bring on board
Travel: The role requires you to travel around the local area, in a field sales role, presenting the product to multiple business owners

Must be comfortable with a face-to-face sales position
A confident closer in a selling environment and thrives in day to day sales targets
Must have a background in the hospitality industry
Motivated & driven to succeed
Driven to work in a start-up technology company
Have a strong-network of peers in Western Sydney region
Ideally experienced in a business development position
