We are seeking an account manager in our Parramatta Team, servicing our clients in Sydney Region to support and promote our growing company. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will provide strong leadership and drive in sales and account development. Primarily focused on providing the highest level of customer service to our active clients in line with Total Personnel Solutions corporate values; respect (for self and others); integrity (keeping your promises) and acknowledge (recognise, celebrate and grow)

To be successful in this role you will:

Effectively communicate and negotiate at all levels
Have a strong history of account managing within the blue collar Recruitment Industry
Identify and close new business opportunities with existing clients
Establish and maintain solid industry relationships
Have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to achieve results
Responsibilities:

 

The key focus of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, maximising every sales opportunity within each account and servicing our clients so Total Personnel is the main supplier on every site:

 

Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates across various industries such as warehousing, transport, 3PL, engineering, joineries and scaffolding
The role has a strong focus on safety, ensuring tool box talks and safe act observations are done weekly with site safety questionnaires being done annually to achieve 100% compliance
After hours duties will also be involved (Mobile Provided)
Ongoing proactive creditor management through process compliance and engaged account management.

Lead generation through networking and building client relationships is essential
Ensuring a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates alike.
Candidate placements and inductions for new placements it’s mandatory in managing proactive safety on site
Delivering data base management so Total Personnel achieves 100% compliance in all areas of business
This position is responsible for the image of the organisation in the market place, the consistent delivery of sales and delivery services, ensuring sustainable customer loyalty.
